LADNO service

Send to Russia from abroad

Need to get something to a person in Russia? Depending on what you want to send, the simplest route may be a local Russian purchase and delivery rather than an international parcel.

What do you need to send to Russia?

“Send to Russia” can mean several different things. You may want to send a birthday gift, order flowers, buy a specific product from a Russian store, pay an eligible local merchant, or arrange a parcel. LADNO helps you choose the practical route instead of forcing every request into the same shipping process.

Parcel or package request

If you specifically need to move a physical parcel, tell us the origin country, contents and destination. Availability depends on current carrier, customs and legal restrictions.

Often, buying locally is easier than shipping internationally

If the goal is simply to get a gift or product to someone in Russia, you may not need to send a package across borders at all. We can often source an eligible item from a Russian merchant and arrange domestic delivery. This can avoid unnecessary international shipping complexity.

How LADNO works

  1. Tell us what you want to send, buy or arrange and where the recipient is located.
  2. Send a product link, merchant page or description if you have one.
  3. We review the request, available route and any relevant restrictions.
  4. You receive a clear quote before we proceed.
  5. After approval, we arrange the eligible purchase, payment, local delivery or other agreed service.

Send gifts, flowers and everyday products

For birthdays, anniversaries and other occasions, local ordering is often the most straightforward option. Requests may include flowers, sweets, books, toys, clothing and ordinary consumer goods from eligible merchants. See our dedicated send gifts to Russia page for details.

Send a specific product to someone in Russia

If you already found the exact item online, send us the link. We can review whether we can purchase it locally and have it delivered to the recipient. This is useful when a foreign payment method does not work on the merchant's checkout.

What about sending a package to Russia?

Cross-border parcel availability can change by origin country, carrier, item type and current customs or legal restrictions. We do not promise a route until the specific request has been checked. If your goal can be achieved by purchasing the item inside Russia instead, we may recommend that simpler option.

Pricing

Purchase or payment assistance without international forwarding starts from a 5% LADNO service fee. Purchase plus international forwarding starts from 10%, with a minimum service charge of $30. Product cost, delivery, applicable taxes and other third-party costs are shown in the quote before approval.

Frequently asked questions

Can I send something to Russia from the USA or Europe?

Possibly, but the practical route depends on what you are sending and where it starts. For many gifts and ordinary products, buying locally in Russia and arranging domestic delivery can be simpler than sending an international parcel.

Can you send flowers or a birthday gift to Russia?

Yes, subject to merchant and delivery availability. Tell us the recipient's city, preferred date and budget.

Can I send a product from a Russian website to a friend in Russia?

Yes, for eligible purchases. Send us the product link and delivery city and we will review the request.

Can you just transfer money to someone in Russia?

No. LADNO is designed around identifiable, eligible purchases and services rather than anonymous person-to-person money transfers.

Can you send any item?

No. Prohibited, restricted, dangerous or legally sensitive goods are not accepted, and carrier or destination restrictions may apply.
